Good plus condition with normal usage showing. Red covers/blk lettering. Front cover has a one inch area near bottom and an area at outside side edge that has been faded from water. Rear cover has a bit more faded spots. Spine has no faded spots but is a bit overall darkened from sun. Spine cover ends are creased. Cover corners have some bumping.
