Good condition.. Selling AS IS. Copyright license states Feb.6, 1854 but roman numerals on title page show 1853. Book is about 11/4 inches thick. Black cloth boards. Front board is all but separated from text. Rear boaard has cracked hinge but is still ok. Quite a bit of open edge wear/corner rub. Cloth on spine is separated on both sides. AEG with gold lettering on spine. Some edge gilt is worn. Text is still quite tight and pages and clean. Faded handwriting and dates on inside front cover.
