Stratton-Porter, Gene THE WHITE FLAG Doubleday,page & Co. 1923 Stated First Edition Hardcover Good- with no dust jacket Illustrated by Lester Ralph Fair condition with brown covers with a somewhat faded white flag on red stick on front. Red lettering on front cover. Lettering on spine is all but gone and spine is sun discolored and a bit brittle. Corner wear. Both hinges are cracked with only gauze holding thme on. Endpapers are shades of green leaves on branches. Ffep, flypage and frontispiece are together byt completely separated from text. Nice colored frontispiece is entitled ' When does my heart...'. Book is somewhat loose but nothing else is falling apart. Pages have natural light browning and minor scattered foxing. ; Small 8vo; 483 pages Price:
