London & New York John Lane The Bodley Head 1900. P/NONE. Selling book AS IS. A rare book to find in any condition almost all signatures are loosened and several pages are completely separated. These pages have a bit of outer edge tears. This book is repairable. ; No edition or printing given. Green cloth boards with green, black and red detailed illustrations of fairy elf, king, queen, etc. On front and spine. Not much edge bump and wear but the re is some minor rubbing on boards with more on spine. Looks more like color fading. Inked and penciled ownership of ffep and flypage. Each story has its own title page and frontispiece which looks li ke it was tipped in. Stories are The Weird Witch of the Willow-herb; Magician's Tea-Party; Hundredth Princess; Somebody Else's Prince; Tears Of Princess Prunella; Palace on the Floor; Lady Daffodilia; The Kite That Went To The Moon. ALL illustrations are accounted for. ALL illustrations are in good condition except for last one which is completely separated with some hinge damage. Pages have some natural browning and minor foxing. ; 6x73/4; 188+ pages. Illustrated by Illustrated by Nellie Syrett. Binding is Hardcover.
